I hate drawing his hair half the time because… well… mostly he’s not really blonde, not really dark-haired, just this… brownish middle thing. And his hair has the texture of hay… So when I try to draw it off the reference it becomes this… bland… mass…

Next time, if I draw a photo of him where he has this annoying hair color (and texture) too, I’ll give his hair more life and contrast

OBS: This is NOT edited in some photo-software program. This is a pure scan of the original drawing -it's only worsened by my stupid scanner- and it’s completely touch-free. I really hate when people automatically assume I've used Photoshop (or a similar program) to edit the details and contrast of my drawings. Just a little notion before anyone asks.

I agree with your OBS, and may I say that (from my own experience) the scanner doesn't faithfully reproduces the image, so I think the real version is much more spectacular. You are a great artist Louisalings!
