-I’m tired of being what you want me to be
Feeling so faithless
Lost under the surface…
I don’t know what you're expecting of me…
Put under the pressure
Of walking in your shoes…
I just wanted to make you proud…
, of the famous Final Fantasy games
I’ve been wanting to draw the characters of FF for a very long time, and now I finally found a lot of reference photos I want to draw. And, since Kadaj is my favourite character, I wanted him to be the first I drew
There’s just something about pure-breed evil (and insanity) - and he’s soooo pretty
This is drawn after a very small screen shot of the movie 'Final Fantasy: Advent Children' ([link]
and with inspiration from other photos of him; [link] [link] [link]
So, him being a game-character and all means he’s not
human and therefore this is not
a human portrait and thus it's not
supposed to be hyper-realistic. I did try to make him look a bit more realistic than in the movie though, by using references from human (cosplay) photos OBS:
This is NOT
edited in some photo-software program. This is a pure scan of the original drawing -it's only worsened by my stupid scanner- and it’s completely touch-free. I really hate when people automatically assume I've used Photoshop (or a similar program) to edit the details and contrast of my drawings. Just a little notion before anyone asks.
